FEL & Pre-FEED

Establish the basis of design, screen process and site options, sample and characterize biomass (farm, dairy, manure, food waste, BMP, treatability, pilot support, etc.), assess utilities and infrastructure, and identify permitting constraints. Develop preliminary balances, schedules, cost ranges, and risk registers with clear assumptions and data gaps.

FEED Development

Advance process flow diagrams, mass and energy balances, equipment requirements, site interfaces, and operating cases. Refine capital and operating estimates, define vendor information needs, and integrate permitting requirements into the design basis.

Owner Advisory & Delivery Planning

Prepare technical bid scopes, review vendor proposals, coordinate discipline interfaces, and support EPC evaluation. Align deliverables and estimate maturity with investment decisions; a FEED package is distinct from final construction documents.
